An exclusive five course Chef’s dinner featuring exquisite wine pairings from Asso di Denaria Vineyard in Piedmont, Italy.
We are honored to host Asso Di Denari’s owner and wine maker himself, Daniele Gaia , for an intimate wine-maker's dinner featuring a carefully selected collection of their finest vintages.
We will be featuring the celebrated Grand Bruno Super Tuscan, the Asso di Denari - Barbera d’Alba and the limited release Asso di Denari - Nebbiolo. The Nebbiolo is exculsively avaialbe to Barbacoa, this incredible wine is not avaiable anywhere else in Canada.
Every wine will be perfectly pair with Sous Chef Adam’s delicious menu inspired by Italian cuisine.

Due to the intimate and exclusive nature of this event, in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the event, or in the event of a no-show on the day of the event, an automatic $50 cover per person will apply.
